Refund Policy

We only offer exchange or store credit. We accept a request for an exchange or credit within 10 days from the date of delivery.

If you request a return/exchange after 10 days timeframe, unfortunately, we won't be able to approve a return/exchange. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Return shipping is paid by the buyer.

White items cannot be exchanged or returned. Items with the red plastic seal removed are also non-refundable.

To start a return, you can contact us at If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Store credit

We will issue a store credit once we receive the package and inspect it. Shipping costs are not refundable. Once the return is processed, it will take from 2-5 business days to issue a store credit. No refund to card, we can issue a store credit only.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
